Jonathan Gudema is a New York City based attorney-turned-development officer-turned-consultant who writes The Planned Giving Blog . He has consulted over 200 not-for-profit organizations and has closed thousands of planned gifts. His writing and advice proves that he’s genuinely curious about WHY people make planned gifts and HOW development/legal/financial professionals sometimes get in the way. Gudema's presentations focus primarily on the legal and tax issues that surround planned giving, but he also knows what works and what doesn’t when it comes to planned gift marketing.
