A Message from the President
I think you’ll find that attendance at a meeting of the Susquehanna Valley Planned Giving Council is time well-spent, and I promise that you’ll leave with at least one new idea to help your donors, clients, colleagues or organization. Our educational programs are meant to be informative and make the best use of your time. They range from general topics like “How to Ask for a Planned Gift” to more technical conversations that examine gift vehicles like trusts, real estate, closely-held assets and even the ethical issues within our profession.
Please attend our next meeting and bring enough business cards to share! Our open educational meetings take place on the third Friday of the month, every other month. You will probably see a few familiar faces, meet new colleagues and get some great professional tips and ideas to help your clients and donors. Join us for a great cup of coffee and an even better program.
I look forward to seeing you soon.
